Membership Questions
What classes are included?
Eligible regularly scheduled studio classes include JamFit Dance Fitness, JamFit Sculpt, Circuit Training, Pilates, Yoga, and JamFit + Mobility. Specialty events may be separate.
How do I choose my monthly plan?
Click any monthly plan button and choose your preferred membership using the PayWhirl selector.
What's the difference between VIP and Commit to Fit?
VIP includes its standard studio, online, and eligible challenge benefits. Commit to Fit adds exclusive annual benefits including guest passes, BB merch, eligible BB-led events, and select discounts.
How do I reserve classes?
Reserve your classes through PunchPass after your membership or pass is active.
How does online access work?
Eligible members receive access to the private workout library after membership verification. Live Zoom classes require registration for each individual class.
Can I cancel my membership?
Monthly memberships may be canceled online or by contacting us. Cancellation must be completed at least five days before the next renewal. Prepaid and annual membership terms vary.
